Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting Lloyd Wells, CPA is a shareholder partner and has been with the firm since 2009. His public accounting experience includes tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts/estates, and non profit organizations. He is also experienced in compilation of financial statements as well as review and audit engagements for small businesses and non-profit organizations. Lloyd is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and again in 2012 with a Master of Science in Accounting. Lloyd is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, including membership in the Houston Chapter of Texas Society of CPAs. Lloyd was born and raised in Huntsville, TX, where he currently resides with his wife and son. Lloyd enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Jared C. Webb, CPA 
Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting Jared Webb, CPA is a shareholder partner with experience in many areas of public accounting with specialized knowledge in individual, partnership, and corporate tax. He is experienced in attest engagements focused mainly in construction. He also has knowledge in tax planning, tax research, financial statement compilation, and payroll services with all types of entities. Jared is a Walker County native. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and again in 2012 with a Master of Science degree in Accounting. He enjoys spending time with his family and the great outdoors. Diane M. Riggins, E.A. 
Enrolled Agent Diane has experience in all types of federal income tax and payroll tax returns. She is also knowledgeable in areas such as franchise tax and sales tax for the state of Texas. Diane has 20 years of tax experience and has been an enrolled agent since 2018. Macey Cooksey 
Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business Macey has over 20 years of accounting background. She has experience in federal income tax returns and payroll tax returns. Graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business. Macey is an active member of Northside Baptist church in Huntsville. Sarah Scheid, CPA

She graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and again in 2020 with a Master of Science in Accounting. Sarah’s public accounting experience includes tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and non profit organizations. She is also experienced in compilation of financial statements and audit engagements for non-profits. She has been with the firm for 5 years.
Amanda Hammons, MSA
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting Amanda graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and again in 2021 with a Master of Science in Accounting. With 5 years of accounting experience in public & private settings, Amanda is well versed in assurance work including compilation, review and audit engagements. She is also knowledgeable in federal tax returns and payroll tax returns. With experience working with a variety of company structures in various industries, Amanda is a well-rounded member of our team. She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking meals to share with loved ones.
Citlalli Rodriguez Gonzalez
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
Citlalli was raised in Huntsville and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University in 2024. She has experience preparing individual and business tax returns, managing bookkeeping, and assisting with payroll tax returns. She takes pride in producing thorough, dependable work and is motivated to continue expanding her knowledge and advancing her skills within the accounting profession. Outside of work, Citlalli enjoys painting and exploring new foods.
Janet Gunn 
Janet has worked in the Certified Public Accounting field in Huntsville since 1988. She worked for Webb & Wells' previous owners John Reynolds, then Bickley, Prescott & Co. Before she became Office Manager years ago, she was the cheerful voice on the phone and the smile at the front desk. She can do anything from paychecks, to invoices, to minor repairs on noisy printers. She is also a Notary Public. She enjoys interacting with people for the pure joy of it and has been in customer service in various industries in Walker County. A native of Houston, she grew up in San Jacinto County on Lake Livingston. When she's not talking, she's outside working in the yard accompanied by a large tuxedo cat. Shannon Long 
Associate of Arts Shannon joined the Webb & Wells family in 2021 where she has brought with her years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a variety of industries. She is a highly organized and efficient worker who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once. She is also a skilled communicator and has experience managing projects and coordinating events. Shannon is a motivated self-starter who is always looking for new ways to improve efficiency in the workplace. She was raised in Huntsville working along side her father who was a Veterinarian with whom she shares a deep love for animals. She still resides in Huntsville with her husband and children as well as two cats and two dogs! She enjoys life as a working mom and enjoys watching her children learn and grow everyday.
